"I left behind the charger for my cell phone; while i was unpacking i notice it was missing. i called the hotel inquiring about. I was told it was found in the room. I asked if they could send it to me, i was told it would be charged to my credit cadr.
a few years ago i worked for a hotel and it was the hotels policy to return all items at no cost to the guest. Your prices are continuing to climeb but with less service. what has happen to the good ol U S A?
